Advanced Slitting and Rewind machine: Precision Control and Automated Efficiency
A rewind machine, also known as a winding machine.
UNWIND – Independent shaftless unwind for both fixed and adjustable widths. Roll loading via crane or directly from the floor. Dancing roller equipped with electric motor for precise tension management. Automated edge guidance system.
SLITTING – Cutting system featuring oscillating Razorblades and/or Shear-cut circular blades. Blade holders positioned on shafts or along linear bearings. Designed web pathway for either Wrap-cut or Tangent-cut styles. Blade placement ranging from manual to semi-automatic, up to fully automatic adjustments.
WEB PATH – Elevated web routing through aluminum idler rollers. Roller operations via direct drive or belt system. Primary pull roll driven independently, coupled with a pressure roller or an “S” wrap approach.
REWIND – Central wind supported by lay-on rolls. Separate rewind stations powered by individual a.c. brushless motors. Linear bearings for swift adjustment of rewind stations. Rewind arms positioning from manual to motorized, or completely automatic. Simplified roll removal onto manual or powered carts.
AUTOMATION – Integrated PLC managing all functionalities and machine controls. Interactive touch screen for operator interface. Modem connectivity for external monitoring and support.
