Cold air gun for efficient spot cooling
A Standard cold air gun are equipped with the latest technology that uses vortex tubes and filtered compressed air to produce ice-cold air, which can reach temperatures as low as -30°F (-34°C). They are widely used in the industry for cooling applications and do not require electricity, making them an energy-efficient solution. These guns have no moving parts, which means they have a longer lifespan than other cooling methods. The air consumption varies from 15 SCFM to 35 SCFM. A cold air gun is particularly effective for cooling metal parts during machining and for repairing metals, plastics, wood, ceramics, and other materials. They also have adjustable temperature and flow settings, and some models are equipped with a frost-free nozzle to prevent condensation and frost.
