Swiftly, the RoboSLEEVE retrieves the initial taped sleeve from the Tech Cart and promptly secures it onto the mounting machine’s mandrel. Post plate mounting, the RoboSLEEVE efficiently returns the mounted sleeve to the Tech Cart. This makes the plate mounting process safer and faster than ever before. Additionally, RoboSLEEVE can be combined with RoboTAPE to achieve a fully automated plate and tape mounting. The system eliminates the need for manual mounting/dismounting of flexo printing sleeves and ensures gentle handling of flexo printing sleeves and adapter. It saves both time and effort in the production process and prevents damage to the sleeves. At the same time, costs are reduced by avoiding the purchase of new flexo printing sleeves.

- Fully Automatic Operation: The RoboSLEEVE autonomously loads the first taped sleeve from the Tech Cart onto the mounting machine’s mandrel and returns it post-mounting, proceeding to the next sleeve without manual intervention.
- Versatile Sleeve Size Compatibility: Accommodates multiple sleeve stork sizes, adjusting tools to match printing sleeves’ inner diameters, suitable for stork sizes ranging from 240 to 1240.
- Integrated Adapter Station: Houses all necessary adapters for various printing jobs and presses. The RoboSLEEVE efficiently selects and mounts adapters on the machine before proceeding with the sleeves from the Tech Cart.
- Enhanced Safety Measures: Features a 2-meter high safety fence conforming to safety regulations, coupled with an HMI console positioned externally for secure operations.
- Tech Cart Included: Comes equipped with a Tech Cart capable of holding up to 10 sleeves, facilitating safe and effortless sleeve transportation.
- Advanced HMI Console: Facilitates job setup and initiates the loading and mounting process. Allows for XML file integration for swift system start-up.
